- All entries will be due by Wednesday, April 1, 2020 to your designated Frontera Film Festival Google Drive upload folder.
- Friday, April 3, 2020 - The Frontera Team will commence a script order that will take all the uploaded entries from the Frontera Film Festival Google Drive and place them in the Frontera Film Festival Central Categories Folders. ( all entries will be relocated to their perspective category folder)
- Once the script order finishes recycling through the upload folders and completes the relocation of all entries to their perspective category folder we will then provide the Judging Schools with access to these folders so that they may commence the judging (scoring) of each entry one at a time on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - April 6,7,8, 2020.
- The Judging (scoring) document will be made available to all participating AVP Teachers of the schools who volunteered for the judging (scoring) process. Once the document is made available to the teacher, the teacher will then proceed to make the document available to his student judges by assigning a judge number to each one of his students up to a total count of 20 judges per school. The document is a digital Google form that will register the scoring and report the results back to our Frontera Film Festival Central Headquarters.
- In order to maintain validity of the Judging (scoring), the results will be recorded at Frontera Film Festival Central. ONLY the Frontera Film Festival Results Facilitating Team will know the results of each category as they are coming in throughout the 3-day judging time period. These results will be tabulated at the end of the school day on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 and the first, second, & third place winners for each category will be identified and be kept a secret until the awards presentation on the night of Saturday - May 2, 2020.
